History

Moira was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. She had an interest in biology from a young age, frequently dissecting bugs and amphibians she would find. She went to university at Trinity College Dublin and has a doctorate in molecular biology. She established herself as a pioneer in genetic engineering early on, but her views have always been incredibly controversial. She hasn't been able to keep a position for very long for this reason, mostly doing research for various universities around the world. Currently, she leads a research team looking into cellular regeneration.

Hobbies

Even outside of her work, Moira enjoys doing independent research into chemistry and biology. She has played handball her whole life and still participates in an amateur league. She has two well trained Dobermann dogs named Jekyll and Hyde.

Appearance

Moira has a striking appearance. She is incredibly tall, standing at 6'5, and has a lanky appearance. She has red hair that is greying and blue eyes. She speaks with an Irish accent.

Personality

Moira presents herself as a calm and logical person, but she has a cruel and sadistic side. Despite rumors of the contrary, she has no ambition beyond being a geneticist. Her goals are to rewrite the fundemntals building blocks of life, but she does this out of a genuine desire to advance humanity, her end term goals being life extension and biological immortality. She has flexible morals, and she has no patience for colleagues who urge caution of restraint. She gets annoyed with others easily and is often cruel, but she has a desire for connection deep down and is willing to help others. She drinks a lot of coffee, but almost always takes it black. Her favorite animals are centipedes.

Her Home

She has a nice, large home. It's furnished with a modern style. Large portions of it are taken up by her library and home laboratory.
