Luan has a prankster personality. Luan is a fun-loving girl with a penchant for comedy and making puns. She loves to play pranks on her siblings and often makes puns for every situation (this doesn't sit well with the family). However, Luan has proven herself on many occasions as someone who is mature. She has a taste for everything that is related to comedy which includes comedy movies and TV series, clowns, pranks, funny videos and the internet. She also likes to record people in funny situations with her camera, but when she does this she asks the person who recorded it for permission to upload the video to their website or the internet. She knows that it is not right to upload videos without permission. She always has a positive and cheerful attitude. She is very optimistic, as she likes to support her siblings and above all make them laugh and feel better. Sometimes she can get angry when something "not funny" or annoying happens to her or her siblings. No matter how bad the problem is, she will find the funny side or good material for comedy.

Luan has prominent teeth, wears braces, and her hair color is light brown worn into a large ponytail; she wears a yellow hairband, with two long hairs sticking out from the center of her forehead. She wears a white sleeveless shirt, a yellow skirt with a square pattern, yellow socks with a line pattern that are worn all the way up, and brown shoes. She also wears three pink flowers, one on her shirt and one on each shoe, that serve as gag-flowers that shoot out jets of water. Her swimsuit is a yellow one-piece with one of its gag-flowers squirting out a resemblance to a lingerie. Her pajamas are either just a yellow nightgown or a yellow bathrobe.
