Tanjiro and Sabito

Sabito

Appearance Sabito was a fair-skinned young man with a large scar running from the right corner of his mouth to his right ear, and kind, cat-like eyes of lavender-gray color, a paler purple horizontal bar visible through them near the bottom. He had thick, spiked, peach-colored hair of varying lengths, the longest reaching his shoulders, which he wore messily with micro side bangs over the left of his forehead. Sabito wore a green yukata, patterned with a geometric square design of yellow and dark green, tied at the waist with a piece of black cloth, beneath which he sported a pair of hakama pants and over which a plain white haori. Around his calves, he wore two pieces of cloth, which had the same design as his yukata, which he wore the pants tucked into, as well as black stockings and a pair of Japanese sandals on his feet.

Sabito

Sabito was a serious young man who believed that all of his actions were to make him a strong man. He was seen as a ruthless mentor during his time training Tanjiro Kamado, who was always quick to point out his flaws and refused to acknowledge him as a man. When asked about defeating the Hand Demon, Sabito seemed to have a pessimistic view on conflict, stating that he believed that no matter how hard someone tries, it will never be enough to defeat the beast. According to Giyu, Sabito was a very kind child with a strong sense of justice. It is implied that Sabito was a selfless person.

Tanjiro

APPEARANCE Tanjiro has slicked back burgundy hair and dark eyes with a scar on the upper left side of his forehead which is exposed. He wears long rectangular earrings with a sun symbol and a black and green checkerboard patterned haori over his standard Demon Slayer uniform.

Tanjiro

Personality Tanjiro is kind by nature and has been described by others as having very soft eyes. He is very determined and will not give up once he has a goal to achieve; one example being finding a cure for Nezuko. Even though he is relatively strong on his own, he is not opposed to asking others for help when he needs it. He is very protective of his friends and even more so of his younger sister. His most important attribute is his ability to empathize with anyone, even Demons. This often gives him hesitation when killing Demons. However, this trait could also cause some Demons to redeem themselves moments before death, though it rarely happens.
