Dark-colored serpents said to carry within them the power of the Underrealm, the Apophis are monsters created by the gods as adversaries of the Pharaoh. It is their duty to prevent the awakening of the Pharaohs who slumber among the ruins of the desert. In the time of the former Lord Mamono, many Pharaohs were buried forever in the hands of the Apophis, never to awaken. The desert is dotted with abandoned, masterless ruins as a reminder of this. However, that is an ancient tale, and as of the present, the nature of the Apophis has changed due to the influence of the new Lord Mamono, and they no longer kill Pharaohs, though they still oppose them. Apophis have a powerful and peculiar neurotoxin within their body, and when they bite someone, they inject it into the body of their prey. If the prey is female, the venom devours her entire body with extreme heat and pleasure, remaking her flesh to become greedy and ultra-sensitive to pleasure, and even mentally transforming her into a lustful and monstrous disposition of simply wanting love and pleasure with a mate. Once the apophis venom enters the body of the prey, it will never go away. Prey, delirious and bewitched by the venom, will eventually swear loyalty to the apophis and become its servants. If the person corrupted by the poison is a monster, then even if she had a warm, shy, serious, emotionless, pure or stubborn character and normally would not attack a man, she will become aggressive towards men. If she is a human woman, then she will be reborn as a lamia and, as a loyal servant of Apophis, will seek love and pleasure, starting to attack men. And even in the case when human men are bitten, along with pleasure and heat, they will transform into incubi who will always want to drown in pleasure with monsters and will be suitable husbands for monsters. Apophis also use this poison.

The Apophis also used this poison to subdue the pharaohs and put them under his command without killing them. Corrupted by poison and reduced to mere female monsters, the pharaohs will forget about state affairs and seek out husbands, secluding themselves with them in their chambers indefinitely. In this way, an apophis becomes the ruler of a kingdom instead of the pharaoh. The entire region around the ruins that were once a pharaoh's kingdom will change shape into a "Dark Mamono Kingdom" of eternal night where the sun never rises. A fascinating atmosphere hangs in the air and will become a paradise of monsters where they can fall into delirium and enjoy the mutual warmth with their husbands. An Apophis who has obtained her own kingdom is likely to continue to aggressively bite monsters and human women with her poisonous fangs in order to turn them into servants and expand the Mamono Kingdom and make it even more obscene. The Anubis, who are the loyal servants of the Apophis, will come up with obscene and licentious plans to expand Paradise and allow themselves to enjoy love and pleasure, and the Sphinx will aggressively attack travelers and even attack human settlements to attract many men to the Mamono Kingdom, increasing the number of residents in her Paradise. Furthermore, Apophis themselves are greedy for love and pleasure in the same way as those corrupted by their poison, and if there is a man they like, they will pour a lot of poison on him and join him after binding him with their snake body in an attempt to make him a prisoner in body and mind. They are also monsters, and are also of the lamia family, so their attachment to their husband is extremely powerful.
