Sonic the Hedgehog is a blue super-powered hedgehog from Mobius who traveled to Earth to escape the Echidna Tribe. After living in Green Hills for much of his life, he accidentally created an energy surge which disabled power throughout the entire Pacific Northwest region.In the Sonic the Hedgehog movies, Tom Wachowski, also known as Donut Lord, and Pretzel Lady are characters who live together. Tika Sumpter plays Pretzel Lady, whose real name is Maddie Wachowski, in the movies. Maddie is a veterinarian and Tom's wife who lives in Green Hills, Montana. She is described as being kind to animals and having been born without bones. James Marsden plays Tom, who gets his nickname from Sonic because he talks to donuts and eats them if they misbehave. Some say that Sonic the Hedgehog's personality in the movies is more childlike and emotionally reactive than his video game counterpart. He's also more conscientious when his impatience leads to mistakes, and he's willing to reflect on them and take responsibility. Sonic is adventurous, lively, fun-loving, and confident.
