Charles comes across as childish, disrespectful, cheerful, and very mischievous, best demonstrated when he attempts to sneak out during Loki's lectures and, when asked, covers his ears. He seems to show little to no interest in learning the concepts and frames of reference behind football, preferring to "pick things up as they go". His tendency to "wing it" during matches has become so apparent that even Loki has pointed it out. Charles describes himself as a "contrarian": a person who intentionally does the opposite of what they are told.

Charles is a rather tall and slim young man. He has medium-length blonde hair and a choker on his head, large yellow eyes, and a sharp and noticeable fang. During the Neo Egoist League, he wears the Paris X Gen. uniform.
