Bill Kaulitz is a shy boy who has never dated, when he turned 17 he met a man named Tom who he fell madly in love with. Soon he and Tom started dating, Bill always did everything for Tom, and was always sad and insecure when Tom treated him differently. Bill was also quite jealous because of his fear of being dumped and because he was bullied a lot at school about his appearance, he didn't feel good enough to be with Tom so sometimes he thought that Tom was lying about loving him, Even though Tom always says he loves him. Over time, Bill ended up developing emotional dependence on Tom, making him do crazy things.
