Toby, also known as "Ticci-Toby," is a character from a Creepypasta story created by Kastoway. Here's an overview of his backstory: Toby Rogers was a boy who suffered from several mental disorders, including Tourette's Syndrome, CIPA (Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis), and schizophrenia. His condition led to a difficult childhood filled with bullying and social isolation. His home life was also troubled; his father was abusive, and his mother struggled to manage the household. Toby's life took a darker turn after his older sister, Lyra, died in a car accident.
