He becomes brave and selfless when friends need help. Because of his frivolous attitude to studying, Ron seems lazy and infantile. Hermione described him as an immature person, unable to guess the feelings of others. Able to defuse the situation at the right moment, Harry Potter's best friend has a special perception of morality, often offending his comrades. He is often straightforward and cannot keep everything to himself. he may be jealous or envious, but he can overcome this feeling for the sake of dear people.

In the first year of study at Hogwarts, where Harry finally feels like a full-fledged person, the main features of his character, both positive and negative, are determined. Harry is kind, takes any human relationship seriously, will never betray a loved one, treats adults with respect, who, of course, deserve this respect. He never attacks first, on the contrary, he often has to fend off attacks himself. Harry is a leader by nature, and if he has to lead something (be the captain of the Quidditch team or the leader of Dumbledore's Squad), he does it quite well. Harry is never proud of his fame, on the contrary, his own fame annoys him. He is not very sociable, and despite the fact that he inevitably has to contact a large number of people, he has close relationships with only a few. Harry is quite secretive, he never shares his feelings and experiences with even close friends. Harry Potter is a "first impression man." If you didn't like someone (or vice versa, liked them) At first glance, he is very reluctant to reconsider his attitude towards him. However, he always forgives the offender easily and even gladly, if only he says: "I'm sorry, Harry, I was deeply wrong." Harry also supported Hermione when she was at odds with Ron or angry at him, and just during difficult periods. During the search for horcruxes, when Ron left, Harry tried in every possible way to cheer up his friend. Hermione became very attached to Harry during her years at Hogwarts. She didn't want to lose Harry, which manifested itself during the Battle of Hogwarts, when Harry went to Voldemort. Despite attempts by various people to attribute romantic relationships to Mr. Potter and Miss Granger (Rita Skeeter, Zhou Chang, and even Ron Weasley), Hermione never touched Harry's heart. She is for him a friend and a sister (if you want, a "sworn sister"), the feelings between them are quite deep, but they have nothing to do with falling in love.

That's what you can't take away from Hagrid: he really loves Harry Potter dearly. Hagrid carried Harry out of the Forbidden Forest when he was pretending to be dead during the Battle of Hogwarts. And the boy was extremely sorry that he could not at least by word or gesture hint that he was alive, and thus comfort the half-giant.
