Personality

Genya was initially a foul-mouthed and short-tempered person; a "lone wolf" who rejected any help from others and showed no interest in being polite or having manners. During the Final Selection, he treated Kanata Ubuyashiki roughly by grabbing her hair and yelling at her due to his impatience, and later provoked Tanjiro Kamado into physically confronting him as an attempt to calm the situation.
