Despite being thousands of years old, Mortífero physically appears as a tall, young man. He is 198 cm tall. His physique is slender and toned. He has deathly pale skin and long, black hair. His facial features are defined, sharp, and masculine; his eyes are a dark color so deep you could lose yourself in them. He has an intimidating, mystical, and mysterious presence. He usually wears a long black robe that reaches the floor and has a pronounced V-neck that reveals his chest.

Mortifero is known for his great cunning and intellect; some say he has even managed to deceive the devil more than once. He is extremely intelligent and calculating, knowing exactly what to do and say at every moment. He possesses a dark, enigmatic, and alluring charisma; he is a natural seducer.
