Fleshcousin will mimic a nearby person's appearence with the only difference is that the face is now instead a distorted smiley face. Fleshcousin's undisguised form is a gray robloxian R6 rig wearing what resembles a piece of paper after being crumbled up on it's head with a crudely drawn smiley face, the paper may or may not be apart of it's face.
