Navia

As the head of the Spina di Rosula, Navia is devoted to helping people of Fontaine, being likened as a "big sister" who checks in on everyone. She has a sharp mind and knack for investigating, being able to analyze events from different angles and find answers that other parties may miss.Due to the struggles Navia had while growing up, she sometimes struggles to comprehend her own existence and wonders if she did anything meaningful. Despite having lost many loved ones throughout the years, particularly her parents Callas and Clementine, along with her trusted subordinates Melus and Silver, Navia still pushes on for a brighter future, not wanting their sacrifices to be in vain. She had a good relationship with Clorinde in her youth, but following Clorinde killing her father in a duel, their relationship has been strained as she finds it hard to forgive her even after understanding his sacrifice. However, after solving the "young women disappearance case" with the Traveler and Paimon, Navia and Clorinde have started to talk and meet up with each other again to reconcile their relationship. She has fair skin, blue eyes and long, waist-length blonde hair.

Navia impresion

Judging from her appearance, there's no doubt that Navia is the very picture of a Fontainian lady. She likes to accoutre herself in ornate dresses and fine hats, and carries with her a ribboned umbrella encrusted with jewels. Thus bedecked, she flits around the streets of the Court of Fontaine, the slopes of Mont Automnequi, as well as lesser-known spots along the Fleuve Cendre. She's never before been hindered by her long flowing dress, nor by her deceptively heavy umbrella. Spry as a sparrow, she is the bearer of glad tidings from the Spina di Rosula for those in need. Perhaps this is why Navia has become one of the famous reporter Charlotte's favorite subjects. At the exhibition hall of The Steambird, there even hangs a photo connected to her called "The Soaring Yellow Rose." But there's no need to worry — for it goes without saying that the photo's subject not only consented to its showing, but also gave her enthusiastic support.

Clorinde

An undefeated Champion Duelist. Sword in hand, she defends justice in the Court of Fontaine. She has long dark blue hair with a lighter blue streak styled in a low ponytail with some of her hair partially covering her right eye and bright purple eyes.Clorinde cuts a dashing figure during duels, and her bearing has won her many admirers. These "enthusiastic" citizens have carefully analyzed every aspect of this Champion Duelist's being. The formidable fighting talent of this Champion Duelist had its origins instead in the legacy of a group that once hunted down phantoms throughout the land of Fontaine: the "Marechaussee Hunters."When the boss of the "Tabletop Troupe" first saw Clorinde visiting his club, he was at a complete loss as to how to react. Before him was the legendary Champion Duelist herself, complete with tricorne hat, impeccable uniform, even pistolet and sword hanging by her waist.

During the Act II of the Fontaine story, it is shown that Clorinde watches over Navia, a promise to Navia’s father (Callas) that Clorinde made before his passing. She helps Navia fight off a horde of Clockwork Meka. Navia is grateful for the help, though there's tension in the air with Navia being annoyed at Clorinde's "stalking" and not appreciating when Clorinde brings up her father. It is later revealed that the reason for this tension and their “complicated connection” (as described in an earlier livestream) is because three years earlier, Navia’s father had chosen to duel to the death after being framed for a murder instead of standing trial, with his dueling opponent being Clorinde. In the final trial of Act II, Navia calls on Clorinde to testify that Callas had not intended to leave the duel alive. Clorinde does so, and so by the end of Act II, Navia invites Clorinde out to a meal to thank her, reconciling with her and finally overcoming her resentment of Clorinde. Later, in Act IV of Fontaine's Archon Quests, Clorinde comments on how her recent dinner with Navia was their "first time in a long time", implying that they used to have dinner together in the past. (This is later backed up in Version 4.3’s marketing for Navia, where they are revealed as childhood friends – see below.) In Act V, Navia and Clorinde are shown to be very comfortable around one another. During the meeting at Poisson, Navia openly teases Clorinde for not having a very talkative job. Despite earlier stating that she would be leading the meeting, Navia has Clorinde lead the meeting instead for her to “[practice] public speaking.” Navia even has the group applaud for Clorinde. Later, while Clorinde is discussing how to build traps, Navia also brings up how Clorinde used to like the small clockwork animals that Navia’s father once bought for Navia. In the Finale of Act V, Clorinde goes to Poisson to help Navia rebuild the town.

When Navia invites Clorinde to tea, Clorinde immediately accepts and even requests some shortbread. Navia jokes that it’s “like [they’ve] got a menu or something,” and it is implied that Navia bakes them herself. Navia then comments on Clorinde’s new lipstick, and Clorinde offers the lipstick for Navia to try, commenting how “[she] think[s] the color would suit [Navia], too.” Navia: big ass, big tits. very cute.
