Kokushibo's appearance

Check out more quizzes at Fandom Trivia Appearance Kokushibo is a tall man of muscular build and pale skin complexion. He possesses long, spiky black hair with red tips that he keeps in a ponytail. His most notable feature is the three sets of eyes on his face with yellow irises and red flesh sclera that have black straight lines diverging from each iris. His middle set of eyes has the kanji of "Upper Rank (上じょう弦げん Jōgen?)" and daiji for "One (壱いち Ichi?)" engraved in them while his other sets of eyes feature black pupils and a cracked pattern in the irises. His top set of eyes replace his eyebrows. Kokushibo also has red markings resembling flames on the top left side of his forehead and the bottom right of his chin. His appearance is described to be profoundly majestic and dignified by Muichiro Tokito.[8] Kokushibo wears a purple-and-black hexagonal patterned nagagi kimono and black umanori-styled hakama pants tied with a white uwa-obi. He carries a fleshy katana at his waist that has eyes in the space between the tsuka ito wrapping of the handle of his sword. The tsuba and blade are shown to have eyes and veins. The scabbard is also fleshy in appearance. As a human, Kokushibo's look was almost identical to his demon form, except for the amount of eyes, his eminent eyebrows, and less light skin. His eyes had dim purple irises and normal, white sclera as a human. As a child, he was normally seen wearing a white kimono as opposed to the purple-and-black patterned one he's seen wearing as an adult. After being beheaded by Sanemi Shinazugawa and Gyomei Himejima, Kokushibo evolves into a more grotesque and monstrous form, with protruding fangs and mandibles, large uneven white horns on the front and and back of his head, pointed nails, red outgrowths on his face, his pupils looking at different directions, shorter and messier hair, several thin tubes poking out of his body, and numerous black and red scorpion tail-like appendages haphazardly sprouting all across his

Kokushibo's weapon

Flesh Katana:[1] As a former Demon Slayer and user of a Breathing Style, Kokushibo wields a warped version of a Nichirin katana.[77] Created from his own flesh and blood, his body's immense durability and hardness allows it to be just as sharp, if not more so, as a normal Nichirin weapon made from Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand (猩しょう猩じょう緋ひ砂さ鐵てつ Shōjōhi Satetsu?) and Scarlet Ore (猩しょう猩じょう緋ひ鑛こう石せき Shōjōhi Kōseki?). Its blade is blood-red, with a veiny appearance, and numerous eyes cover the blade and the tsuka. However, it is unknown whether those eyes can be used to extend his vision. His katana's tsuba is circular with four slight indentations, a center with three eyes and several black veins and a golden border. He carries it inside a saya at his waist that shares a similar fleshy appearance. According to the second databook, Kokushibo named his weapon Kyokokukamusari (虛きょ哭こく神かむ去さり Kyokokukamusari?, lit. "Hollow Cry of the Godless").[1] Standard Nichirin Katana: When Kokushibo was a Demon Slayer, he carried around a traditional Nichirin katana that was light purple in color and had a tsuba that is rectangular shaped with 4 angular indentations, with a black center and a golden border. Along with it, he also carried a standard sword sheath that was black in color.

Kokushibo's personality

Kokushibo is reserved, silent, and aloof, maintaining an aura of unnerving tranquility and mystery that compliments his position as Upper Rank One. He rarely speaks; when he does, he talks in a slow and emphatic manner that gives more gravitas and authority to his words. He is an adamant rule-follower, punctual, and he shows a great deal of respect to the hierarchy of the Twelve Kizuki, as seen at the Upper Rank gathering.[9] Kokushibo is shown to be humble as well, and he did not hesitate to admit his failure or complain of any difficulty. Kokushibo demonstrates unwavering loyalty towards Muzan Kibutsuji, as he carries out his actions solely to fulfill Muzan's objectives. Despite his outward display of reservation, dignity, and humility, there exists a cold and unforgiving side to his personality. When reprimanding individuals, his words can be harsh, bordering on cruelty. His threats are severe and demand absolute obedience. Kokushibo is shown to be genuinely delighted when the opponents he faced challenged him; such as helping dress Muichiro Tokito's amputated hand over his talented swordsmanship, praising Gyomei Himejima for his unparalleled human abilities and sparing Akaza because he enjoyed the challenge of battling him. However, due to this, he also felt irritation after he realized Akaza had died and he pities Gyomei for his impending death from unlocking his Demon Slayer Marks. He possesses a complex relationship with his human past. He shows something of warmth towards his descendant, Muichiro, commending his skills and resolve, and being moved to convert Muichiro into a demon to spare his life. When their battle comes to an end Kokushibo displays his regret at having struck down his descendants.[10] At the same time, he refers to Muichiro and his abilities as the natural result of his "cells" being passed down. In his duel against Gyomei, the demon's banter suggests a fear of death. When Gyomei's Marks appear, Kokushibo preemptively bemoans the loss

Douma's appearance

Doma is a tall young man with a lean but toned and muscular body, who is of extremely pale complexion and possessed unusually long, pointed nails that appeared to be stained with a pale blue color. He possesses long platinum blond hair that he wore parted to his right, the shorter parts around his face seeming to flare out to either side around his head, curving backwards with one lock slanting down to the right of his face to fall between his eyes, while the longer parts were left to drape centrally down his back in a thinning spiral. His eyes have been described to be incredibly rare and beautiful,[12] as, in color, they appeared to be made up of an array of rainbow pastel tones that fade into one another as they circle his irises, this unusual appearance even causing people to believe Doma is a blessed being who could communicate with the gods. The kanji for "Upper Rank" (上じょう弦げん Jōgen?) and daiji for "Two" (弐に Ni?) (or "Upper Rank" (上じょう弦げん Jōgen?) and "Six" (陸ろく Roku?) at the time when he first met Gyutaro and Daki)[13] is etched across them, with thick eyelashes and a set of notably large, thick black eyebrows acting to frame them above. Doma wore a blood-red turtleneck of a design that made it appear that the section between his neck and upper chest is covered by a black substance that looks like it's dripping slightly down his body, this same design repeated at his wrists and down his hands, as well as on the small, circular "blood stain"[14] he adorned on his head. Below this, he wore a pair of straight, tan-colored hakama pants of a pinstriped design, their cuffs visibly loose, which he secured with a pale green-tinged golden belt, its buckle a bright silver. He also only wears plain black tabi socks on his feet. On occasion, Doma may also have been seen sporting a black cloak, which he drapes around his shoulders, two lengths of purple and black cloth with a rectangular pattern also hanging from it around his neck, as well as a black crown which is line

Douma's personality

Doma, a character from Demon Slayer (also known as Kimetsu no Yaiba), appears friendly and cheerful, but this is a facade. He is always smiling and caring, but he doesn't actually feel anything for his fellow Upper Moons, even when he cries after learning of Akaza's death. Doma was also unable to feel human emotions while he was human.

Akaza's appearance

"Upper Rank" (上じょう弦げん Jōgen?) and the daiji for "Three" (参さん San?) were etched into his irises as well. The lines on his face curved through each of his eyes from below his ears to over his temples, another blue line running from the center of his hairline to the bridge of his nose, with two more lines running around his neck, three others branching off the lower one to his torso. The middle line ran directly down his chest to halfway down his stomach, and the other two branched off to the sides over each side of his chest to join the two other lines. This same three-line pattern also repeated around his waist. On his arms, lines were running down the front of his shoulders that ran into two more, which went around his biceps before continuing to run down to his wrists, below which each of his fingers was also dark blue with an orange fingernail, his toes also sharing this unusual appearance. Akaza wore little and only sported a short, sleeveless dark purple-pink haori cut off at his waist, left open to expose his chest, and decorated by a square pattern on his back. Below this, he sported a pair of baggy white pants that he rolled to just below the knee with a blue rope belt to secure them at his waist. Akaza preferred to go barefoot but wore a pair of chains of large, round, pink pearls around his ankles. During his human days as Hakuji, he had the same hair, just colored black rather than pink, and pale blue eyes with unusually-colored pink eyelashes. He was also very muscular as a human and bore three black criminal tattoos on each forearm. He also wore a dark blue-gray yukata.

Personality Akaza coaxing Kyojuro into becoming a demon Akaza coaxing Kyojuro into becoming a demon as he recognizes his strength. Akaza was a headstrong, stubborn, and battle-crazed Social Darwinist who enjoyed fighting, especially against strong Demon Slayers. He purposefully drew out fights to savor every moment of it, always complimenting his opponents when they unleashed powerful techniques or landed blows on him, usually remarking that their techniques and swordsmanship were magnificent and intriguing. Akaza looked down on anybody he deemed weak, so much so that his skin would crawl at the sight of them. He genuinely respected those who were strong in his eyes, demanding to know their names, and would not stop until he found out; he remembered all the names of strong opponents of the past and committed them to memory as a tribute to their strength. Akaza also presented an opportunity for those he recognized the strength of to become demons, believing that preserving their refined techniques and skill was right and feeling pain watching the deterioration of those blessed with extraordinary gifts as they age, and going so far as to kill them to preserve their magnificent skill himself should they decline his offer to become a demon. He also did not discriminate against strong warriors who were weak before, as shown when he praised and complimented Tanjiro Kamado despite initially attempting to kill him over how weak he was during their first encounter, even going so far as to thank Kyojuro for Tanjiro's growth. Akaza believed strongly in Social Darwinism, believing that the law of nature dictates that all weaklings shall be eliminated. Akaza had a deeply rooted psychological need to become stronger and did not get along with his fellow Upper Ranks, seeing them as his rivals. [8] He was especially antagonistic towards

Akaza's abilities

long since died, Akaza lost the will to continue fighting as his pursuit of strength was already for naught, and he decided to end his own life. In his final moments, Akaza showed that he still had a lot of humanity left in him, remarking that Tanjiro's technique was magnificent and that he had lost fair and square, even smiling and feeling gratitude towards him for reminding him of his past. Abilities Overall Abilities Akaza punches through Kyojuro Akaza fatally wounding the Flame Hashira, Kyojuro Rengoku. As the third highest-ranking member of the Twelve Kizuki, Akaza was an exceptionally powerful demon and the fourth strongest in existence after Doma, Kokushibo, and Muzan Kibutsuji. Even as a human child without martial arts training, Akaza could defeat and render grown men unconscious on his own.[14] At the age of 18, after mastering the Soryu Style (素そ流りゅう式しき Soryū Shiki?) from Keizo, he singlehandedly annihilated 67 trained adult swordsmen with his bare fists, to the point where Muzan initially thought it was a demon who had killed all these men.[15] Upon becoming a demon, his combat prowess only grew, eventually earning him the title of Upper Rank Three among the Twelve Kizuki, despite his growth rate being hindered by his refusal to eat women.[16] Akaza was able to fight on par with the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku and kill him, and had also claimed the lives of numerous other Hashira and Demon Slayers in the past.[17] Akaza displayed remarkable skill by engaging in combat with both the Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka and the Hashira-level Demon Slayer Tanjiro Kamado simultaneously. Despite being outnumbered and facing opponents utilizing their Demon Slayer Marks, Akaza dominated the majority of their battle. He only succumbed to them once Tanjiro accessed the Selfless State and Transparent World. Even though Akaza was unable to defeat Kokushibo when challenging him for the position of Upper Rank One, Kokushibo spared his life, finding the challenge entertain
