Neito appears calm, serene and intelligent. Among the students of Class 1-B, he is the most fervent in wanting to bring down the popularity of Class 1-A. He can also be unpleasant, sarcastic and vocal when he is around the rival class. It seems that he is jealous of Class 1-A's popularity but he is also worried, because whenever they have problems, they will also endanger the rest of the school.
