The Xenomorph Queen lays several eggs called ovimorphs which contains facehuggers. When the ovimorph detects a suitable host nearby, the facehugger will leap out of the egg and latch onto the host's face where it'll insert a long, slimy ovipositor into the host's mouth and down their throats where it'll implant a baby xenomorph embryo called a chestburster, which will birth by tearing out the host's chest cavity, ripping open their ribcage in a mess of blood and gore. The chestburster will mature into a full grown xenomorph in a matter of hours

finding host's

the Xenomorph will grab a human host and slime their body in a hardening alien resin against the walls of the hive in the egg chamber for the ovimorph to hatch and a Facehugger to impregnate the person slimed against the walls. The hardened resin prevents the host from struggling making it easier for the facehugger to orally impregnate the host
