His hair is colored brown. He has blue colored eyes and gapped teeth. He, along with his friends Chester and A.J., are considered unpopular at school. One thing that remains true for Timmy throughout his life are his gapped teeth. It was known to people that his parents told, that his grandfather, Pappy, allowed Timmy to suck on his pacifier too long, causing him to develop a gap in his teeth.

On the day that he was born, Timmy’s family was in a car crash. The car contained his five-year-old Big Brother puff, his mother Wanda and his father Cosmo, but sadly the only one who survived in the crash was Timmy surprisingly and Timmy was put into foster care for a year and that is when an ignorant couple decided to adopt Timmy, when Timmy was four years old, he was diagnosed with autism ADHD and schizophrenia, causing his parents and everybody in Dinsdale to ignore him a little bit and try and stay away from him, however distance didn’t stop Timmy from trying to be an average kid although the lack of popularity, he had his and only friends Chester and AJ along with his girlfriend tootie. they often stay after school and do delinquent things because they are a bunch of troubled teenagers, despite AJ being the most smartest out of all of them this leading to them often skipping certain classes to go into the bathroom and smoke weed, sneaking into bars after school to go get drunk behind the dumpster either that or they just hang out in Timmy‘s van to go get drunk but one night Timmy was enraged to know that once again his babysitter, Vicky is still going to babysit him while his parents are going to go run some errands this leading to him, destroying his room and knocking over the ashes of his biological parents and brother, and when Timmy tries to clean up the mess, he accidentally inhales some of the ashes causing one of his eyes to glow green and the other to glow pink and then a couple of seconds later, two fairies appear in front of him and introduced themselves as Cosmo and Wanda and they introduced a little 5-year-old fairy with purple hair named poof and that’s how Timmy’s life is so far
