Erika is initially shown to be a rather arrogant character, constantly insulting the Ooarai team for their lack of experience and constantly wanting to crush them herself. She has an extremely short temper, and has a tendency to fly into a rage when things don't go well, similar to Katyusha. She had a huge grudge against Miho since her first year at Kuromorimine, not only that, but during the time Miho "dropped out" "Kuromorimine, and then betrayed them

Erika is a medium-sized girl, 1.59m tall, with long light blonde hair and light blue eyes. She usually dresses in the Kuromorimine uniform. She wears the jacket and hat during meetings She once wore a reindeer costume to Maho's Christmas party, and later the fish costume and alligator costume-type pajamas, also during the course of the party. She had a strong grudge against Miho since her first year at Kuromorimine, not only that, but during the time Miho "abandoned" Kuromorimine, and then betrayed them by becoming the commander of a different school, despite her previous claim of abandon Sensha-Dō entirely. At the end of the anime, however, she shows some decency when she (and Maho) admit defeat to the Ooarai team, happily saying that "we won't lose next time." She is shown to have mellowed significantly with the events of Girls und Panzer: Little Army Two, berating Sheska for running away and bragging about Kuromorimine's feat towards Emi Nakasuga. She also showed humility after her victory against Bellwall, acknowledging that the enemy team had tricked and cornered them at one point in the encounter, despite having fewer tanks.
