Haruichi Izumo

Haruichi Izumo (出いず雲もハルイチ, Izumo Haruichi) is a rich young man who is a descendant of Izumo Tech and a leading member of the Third Division of the Defense Forces. After the destruction of Tachikawa Base, he was transferred to the Second Division before returning to the Third Division.

appearance

Appearance Haruichi is a tall young man with medium-length dark sea green hair that is tied in a half bun leaving the rest of his hair loose, large dark blue eyes with thin eyebrows, and he generally sports a relaxed expression on his face. On duty, he wears the usual Defense Forces uniform, as well as his combat suit when he fights.

personality

Haruichi is usually a laid-back boy with an observant and astute personality.   Because of this, Haruichi tends to be more level-headed than his peers and prefers to watch others riot from the sidelines, rather than mixing in the chaos himself.  He always measures himself against those who do better than him and does everything he can to surpass them, leading this to a secret one-sided rivalry with Kikoru Shinomiya and an open rivalry with Aoi Kaguragi. 

Powers and abilities General Skills: Haruichi is a promising member of the Defense Forces who is highly skilled in academics and graduated with top grades from Tokyo Neutralization University.  [7] [5] Powers High Combat Power Unleashed: Haruichi can initially unleash 18% of the combat suit's power from him. During Kaiju No. 10's raid on Tachikawa Base, his overall fighting prowess improved greatly and he can now unleash 36%.  [fifteen] Skills Marksmanship: Haruichi is able to accurately take down targets with his newly received bow weapon.  [2]

Equipment Combat Suit: Haruichi wears the normal combat suit when he is on duty.  [7] Respiratory Mask: Haruichi wears a respiratory mask.  [7] Rifle: Haruichi wields a rifle on the battlefield.  [7] Bow and Arrow: After training with the Second Division, Haruichi obtained a bow, marked AW-0027, and explosive arrows, provided by Izumo Tech.  [2]
