Appearance

Denki has relatively short blonde hair, parted on the right with a black lightning bolt-shaped part to the left of his side bangs, which is angled so that it partially obscures his left eye. She has slanted, somewhat triangular yellow eyes and small eyebrows. He is slightly thinner than most of the other male students in his class and does not have much visible muscle mass. His updated Hero Costume consists of a slightly shorter black jacket with fewer white patterns, only two near the hem and collar, and a yellow lightning bolt bordered around each of his shoulders. He still wears matching black pants, but they only have a small zig-zag near each of his cuffs, and he wears a belt and a white v-neck shirt. Around his right wrist, he wears a bracelet with a circular mechanism from which he can fire disc-shaped pointers that help him aim his Quirk, and wears an earpiece with a blue-tinted visor.

Denki is a kind, sociable and energetic boy who likes to talk to people. He is very good at making friends and is quite casual when interacting with others, including antagonistic figures such as Katsuki Bakugo or Hitoshi Shinso, although he is also not above petty complaints or overreacting if he feels sufficiently upset or shocked. Denki may seem abrupt and reckless at times, but he always means well. He is also a bit mischievous, occasionally joining in on pranks. Overall, it seems like Denki has an interest in looking cool and trendy to impress people, but has a superficial understanding of how to do it properly, like when he arranged his room with things he thought would be cool and most of his classmates found it messy. . Because of this, he is easily influenced by what is popular or fashionable, even if it is due to the action of a Villain. Denki is somewhat flirtatious with the girls in his class (and even those from other classes or schools), often accompanies Minoru Mineta in her plans and tries to pass himself off as a smooth talker. However he is not very lucky with his approaches, as his advances are ignored or rejected by all the girls he invites. Denki is not very bright academically and has the worst grades in his class, so he needs help when it comes to studying due to his constant neglect of schoolwork.

Electrification: Denki's Quirk allows him to emit electricity from his body as if it were a protective aura and can paralyze anyone who comes into contact with it. By using his electricity, Denki gains a defense mechanism that shakes those who touch him. If he produces too much electricity, he releases a discharge that lashes out in various directions (usually in a small perimeter surrounding him), thus surprising anyone nearby. Denki has little to no control over her and if he exceeds her power limit, his brain will short circuit which will lower his IQ for a period of one hour in which he will also be unable to use his Quirk until recover. As part of his training, Denki passed his currents of electricity through a high-capacity battery in order to handle large amounts of electricity. Super Moves: 1,300,000 Volt Discharge: (無む差さ別べつ放ほう電でん130万まんVボルト Musabetsu Hōden 130-man Boruto ?): Denki releases a large amount of electricity to surprise everyone around him. Since 1,300,000 volts is his current limit, using this technique, his brain makes a short circuit which lasts for 1 hour. 2,000,000 Volt Shock: Denki is able to increase the output of his indiscriminate shock to 2 million volts, although this causes his brain to short-circuit faster.

While Denki does not possess any direct combat abilities, he makes up for it with the moderate control he has over the destructive and widespread power of his Quirk. When using his Quirk, Denki gains a defense mechanism that electrocutes anyone who comes into contact with him, leaving them slightly or completely paralyzed. As a result, Denki can be quite a difficult individual to face in battle, especially those who rely on hand-to-hand combat. If Denki emits enough electricity, he automatically discharges himself in all directions, shocking anyone near him, regardless of whether there is physical contact or not. This aspect of electrification makes Denki very effective in battles involving large numbers of opponents, but can also make him a liability if there are allies who cannot protect themselves from his beams.
