Additionally, she has piercings on her left eyebrow and wears purple lipstick. Unlike the real Kenny, her orange parka remains open, allowing her to speak without being muffled.

Background:

At Universe 216-B's South Park Elementary school, alternate Stan and Kyle approach alternate Kenny after an incident where she told Tammy Mullins that she was going to be farted. Stan implies that Kenny and Tammy are in a relationship, which Kenny rejects, claiming that she only likes Tammy for her breasts. Upon seeing a Cartman from another universe, Kyle comments that he looks "a little round and fat", while Kenny compares his size to Tammy's breasts, much to Stan and Kyle's annoyance. The alternate Cartman is later returned to his own universe, falling from an open portal directly above the bus stop and landing next to Kenny, nearly killing her by inches.
