Persona Attributes

appearance

The Earth is one of the main protagonists of Solar Balls, who is the third planet from the Sun.

personality

Earth generally has a bright personality. It can be a very welcoming planet, as seen when he greeted Astrodude in outer space. And yet, he comes across as very insecure, short-tempered, and overly dramatic, such as when he tried different methods to replace the Sun and blamed the Moon for moving away even though it was more his fault. Earth is also a self-centered planet, unpleasant and curious at times, and does not treat others with respect. For example, he was rude to Titan and became angry about the fact that a moon could support life. As shown in "Venus ALMOST Had Life!?", Earth is shown to ridicule even other planets like Venus who thought they almost had life or wanted to have life. However, he seems to have some PTSD due to the extinction of the dinosaurs. He also has some basic knowledge about himself, such as the consequences of his moon falling out of orbit. It also works hard to stay habitable for its inhabitants and becomes angry when it discovers that humans want to colonize other space objects, especially the Moon, Mars, and Titan. Staying habitable has also put enormous pressure on Earth, and humans don't always return the favor. The more the episodes progress; he seems to become increasingly toxic until he begins to reflect in The Earth Alone-Part 1. Soon the Earth began to draw the most extreme conclusions about where it believes suicide is the option in the Earth is heading to the SUN!? , but he was stopped by Mercury and the Moon who convinced him to try to be better and apologize. In the episode The Earth's Redemption, it was revealed that as much as humans create problems for him, he likes having them. He just hopes they're a little grateful. Some of the things they do just make him want to give up and start over, but he still has hope for them.

relationship with mars

Earth and Mars are shown to be best friends, often seen playing cards with each other. They also play asteroid dodging together, something Venus doesn't approve of. Mars is shown to be looking out for Earth, when he lost his favorite asteroid in the asteroid belt, Mars suggested he go look for it, reminding Earth of what happened to the dinosaurs when an asteroid crashed into it. In “Is the Earth special?” Mars is shown to dislike Earth after the events of "The Truth About Titan" due to his statement against the moons. Their relationship becomes even further apart when Earth becomes best friends with Venus in "My Best Friend, Earth!". Earth is also shown to hate Mars after the Titan event, as she agreed with Venus that Mars sucks because "he has to be right about everything" and that he believes he is Jupiter. Then, their relationship is soon rejected in 'Venus vs Mars' when Earth forces Mars and Venus to face each other in a duel, called the "Who's-Earth's-Best-Friend" competition. While Mars won the competition overall, he berated Earth, saying that instead of changing his ways, he takes everyone for granted and that he and Venus "aren't as toxic as him", causing Mars to leave in an attack of anger. and leaving the Earth stunned by the way he called it. Despite all of this, Earth had shown in its redemption episode called "The Redemption of Earth", of all the planets, Mars seemed to have the most positive comments from Earth regarding their similarities, proving that even if there were consequences, we would still take care of each other and think of each other positively.

relationship with Moon

He and Luna are always together, although Earth treats him more like a pet than a friend, he becomes bossy around the Moon as when he decided to leave Earth to orbit Mars, Earth demanded that Luna return to orbit. In Does the Moon REALLY abandon us? , he uses Luna as a "brag" when he lost to Venus in a card game, saying that he is the only one who has a moon. He also blames Luna for being the reason she is pulling away from him, and even after Jupiter explained why she was pulling away; He even asked Jupiter if he could have one of his moons to replace his own. However, this does not mean that they are enemies. They were shown to care a lot about each other. In The Earth's Redemption, Earth apologizes to Luna for treating him the way she did. Their strong friendship is shown in The Earth Alone – Part 2 and The Moon Escapes, where Luna defends Earth in the final stages of the Titan Arc, in which she tries to convince the moons to resolve the problem peacefully, without exterminating Earth. . about his actions that he did blindly. He also scolds Titan for starting this lunar revolution because he felt so hurt by Earth's comment about him, knowing that Earth is very insecure about itself.

relationship with Venus

Earth and Venus are not compatible with each other, they are like oil and water. Venus is bossy and rude and has been shown several times to call Earth stupid and idiotic. Venus hates Earth and Mars playing asteroid dodge and can't stand Earth having a stupid idea. It is also speculated that Venus told Earth that she was dying and how horrible she thinks Earthlings are several times. In "My Best Friend, Earth!", Earth befriends Venus and they become "best friends" due to them being almost identical to each other. Their friendship is withering, as seen in "Venus ALMOST Had a Life!?", as she laughed at Venus for thinking she almost had a life when it was the truth. She especially laughed at the term "Venus-lings" that Venus created for creatures that may have lived on it. Venus was shown to be angry and sad at the same time at the end of the episode when Earth moves away. However, their friendship breaks down in "Venus vs Mars" when Earth challenges Venus and Mars to the "Who is Earth's Best Friend" competition. During the final round, Venus shows up just in time, but Earth still announced him as the loser due to him "not showing up to the contest." Venus then realizes that his friendship was not real and that Earth was only using him for validation and to stabilize his axis. Feeling betrayed, Venus leaves Earth alone and vulnerable to the moons. However, Venus still cares about Earth, as shown in Battle of the Planets when he agrees with Mars saying that he will protect Earth and life on it. He also warns the Moon of how the Moons want to attack the Earth and tells her to warn the planet with life as well.

relationship with Jupiter

Jupiter is shown to care a lot about Earth, he usually teaches Earth about space, like how they couldn't travel to another sun without freezing to death instantly, he also explains that he can't become a second sun. Jupiter normally shows this wise attitude towards almost all planets.

relationship with mercury

Although they don't interact much, they don't seem to have any problems with each other, but they don't seem to be friends either. But Earth said it sees Mercury as the former moon of Venus that fell out of orbit. The relationship between Earth and Mercury is expanded in Earth Alone - Part 2 and Earth Heading for the SUN!? Mercury is the only rocky planet willing to forgive Earth as long as you take the first steps toward self-improvement, at which point Mercury could help you become a better person. The Earth thinks it doesn't deserve to be better and rejects Mercury's help. Earth may have hurt Mercury at some point in the past, as Mercury told him that he had hurt "many of us." This is further evidenced when Earth and Venus mocked Mercury for "looking like a real Pluto." Earth realizes it can be better and comes to agree with Mercury, and presumably the two will apologize to each other for Earth's behavior, suggesting that they are now on friendlier terms.

relationship with Titan

Titan is shown to be interested in Earth as it has the elements to support life, but this suddenly changes when he sees Earth's rudeness and arrogance and hates her after that. That's why Titan, along with Ganymede, invented the lunar revolution to get revenge on him. However, in The Moon Revolution – Part 3, Titan forgives Earth in the latter's speech and calls off the attack with the support of Moon, Dione and Titania.
