Randy was a young man, of great stature and obviously obese, he was seen wearing a suit on top such as his rabbit mask with two pink ears, and a black latex shirt, having around him a special collar used to chain to someone, this being a special hole for it. He had black and blue vertical striped boxers, a belt with a little pig that covered his crotch, white socks and brown shoes.

Randall was a very toxic and harmful person for everyone around him, because thanks to the fact that most of his time he watched pornography and was alone, he developed misconceptions and a very strong desire to have relationships regardless of the cost. or whatever he had to do to get it, even if he had to sexually assault it. His obsession with sex was such that he even developed fetishes such as wearing latex or being submissive to others (Aspects seen in his revealing outfit), it was not known when his disturbed mind began to explore limits that no other person had discovered in his youth. as it was with Randy. Tugman also had the goal of marrying someone, thanks to his father's work, it is possible that there was some envy on Randy's part for his father, since Emanuel was the complete opposite of his son and, in turn, he also did things which Randy never had the chance to do. When things did not go as he wanted, he became a violent individual, hurting other people who dared to thwart his plans. Thanks to the little respect he had for his father, he became a rebellious person who believed that certain rules they didn't apply to him, wanting what he wanted when and how he wanted. He lacked empathy and respect for life, he didn't care about the people who had to die in his path, if he had to psychologically or physically hurt his victims, Randy would do anything to finally have a honeymoon.
