Colonel Miles Quaritch

Quaritch is the head of the Resource Development Administration's (RDA's) private security force on the planet Pandora. He is described as militant, hard-hearted, and tactical, and believes that the only way to deal with the Na'vi is to eradicate them completely. In Avatar, Quaritch meets his end in his final confrontation with Jake Sully and Neytiri after destroying the Omatikaya Hometree in the battle of the Hallelujah Mountains. However, 15 years later, Quaritch returns to Pandora as a 9-foot-tall, blue recombinant (recom), a fully-autonomous avatar. His identity and memory were uploaded to his new body from a Soul Drive encoder device, and his primary mission is to hunt down and eliminate Jake Sully Colonel Miles Quaritch from Avatar is described as militant, hard-hearted, and tactical. He's willing to launch preemptive strikes before the Na'vi can offer peace, and he only supports the RDA's avatar program because it could help the military learn how to defeat the Na'vi, whom he sees as enemies.
