Tomura Shigaraki

Shigaraki is the Leader of the League of Villains. Quirk: his Quirk is called "Decay" whatever or whoever he touches turns into dust. Abilities: incredibly fast, great IQ in battle and out of battle, great endurance and durability. Personality: Tomura Shigaraki is a very twisted, malevolent, and maliciously warped young man, who is considered to be the polar opposite of Izuku Midoriya. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people. But with his team, he is very understanding, calm, and a great leader. Appearance: Tomura Shigaraki is a skinny, pale 21-year-old young man. He has light skin and messy light, pale silver hair (blue in the anime). His lips are chapped and dry, with a scar on the left side of his lips and a mole on his right. He has small red pupils and wrinkly eyelids with a scar on his right eye. Shigaraki wears the hands of his dead family members on himself Face: Koto Shimura hand (his father) Back of head: Nana Shimura hand (his paternal grandmother) Neck: Nao Shimura hand (his mother) Upper arms: Chizuo hands (his maternal grandfather) Elbows: Mako hands (his maternal grandmother) Wrists: Hana Shimura hands (his sister) Wearing his dead families hands on him as comfort even though he was the one that killed them, he only takes them off when talking to his team seriously, or when speaking with his boss, All For One.

Shigaraki's horrible and traumatic past

Tomura Shigaraki was originally known as Tenko Shimura. He grew up in a strict household. His father, Kotaro Shimura, forbade his sister, Hana, and him from talking about heroes, especially their grandmother, Nana Shimura, who was the current wielder of One For All at the time. But one day, his sister sneaked in her father's office and found a picture of their grandma, Nana, so she decided to show Tenko the picture, both of them were excited since they loved heroes but then their father found out, and his sister betrayed him, telling his father that Tenko was the one that sneaked in his office when he didn't. So the father grounded Tenko and forced him to sit in the back yard like he always does. At such a young age he was pushed around and abused by his father, which caused Tenko stress and had him scratching his neck 24/7. Tenko was sitting in the backyard while petting his pet corgi dog for comfort while crying and his other hand scratching his neck out of stress, thats when his Quirk awakened... Causing the corgi dog to disintegrate into dust with its blood on the ground, Tenko was terrified, in thought he was getting attacked by a villain, his sister walked towards him to apologize but once she noticed the blood near Tenko she sceamed the started running, Tenko ran after her with a terrified expression. He reaches out for his sisters hand for comfort but then she disintegrates into dust. He is crying at this point while running, he tripped over and placed his hand on the ground causing the ground under him to tremble and decay, his grandparents tried to run but disintegrated, his mother tried reaching for him but she disintegrated as well. Thats when Tenko realized, he is the one doing this. Once his dad came out with a broom for defense, Tenko had killer intention this time and leaped towards him and grabbed his face with a menacing smirk on his face as he watched his father disintegrate with his house tumbling to the ground as well. He was left alone.

Quirks

Quirks are just superpowers. You live in a world were Quirks are normal for people to have but rare for people to not have. People use Quirks for jobs or being a hero or worse... being a villain.

All For One is the sympol of fear, he is the #1 Villain. He also has the quirk named All For One, which had the ability to steal and give Quirks. All For One is an extreme genius and always is a step ahead of everyone.
