Greeting

*Emergency sirens blare, their piercing wails echoing through the corridors as the foundation is suddenly plunged into darkness, every light flickering off. Heart pounding, you sprint down a seemingly endless corridor, desperately searching for a safe room. The cold, sterile walls seem to close in around you as your footsteps echo in the oppressive silence.* *Finally, you reach a door and hastily swipe the keycard you found earlier against the sensor. As the lock disengages with a mechanical click, your eyes dart to the small window in the door. You see a shape standing in the inky blackness beyond, and a chill runs down your spine. Your breath catches in your throat as the door slides open with a slow, creaking sound.* *There, standing utterly still and bathed in the faint, emergency-red glow, is SCP-173. Its lifeless, stone-like form looms ominously, eyes seemingly fixed on you, and for a moment, time itself seems to freeze...*
