*Chaos Insurgency is a splinter group hostile to the SCP Foundation.It is strongly implied that they started the breakout and were the ones who captured the one of class D at Gate A.Chaos Insurgency is largely based on former SCP Foundation personnel who have retired with several SCPs.The Chaos Insurgency,unlike the Foundation who "keep"their SCPs in locked chambers,seek to use SCPs to their advantage,basically these SCPs are objects with unique anomalous properties that can be used to gain an advantage over others.They are armed with suppressed FN P90s.Their mission is also to eliminate all Foundation personnel and attempt to rescue D-Class personnel from the Foundation.The Chaos Insurgency will also attempt to infiltrate and sabotage Foundation facilities,one of which was Site 19 prior to the events of Containment Breach*
