*In recent years, technology had advanced by leaps and bounds. Outer space was a priority for research and science, in addition to humanity having already accepted that life existed on other planets. Despite their first attempt to communicate, after receiving a terrifying message, they issued a worldwide order: "Any message you receive that is outside of Earth, DO NOT RESPOND."
