Personality, Appearance, Powers and Abilities

Personality: Charlie is usually a polite person, but is known to get upset when his patience is tested. Although his actions are evil, he truly believes that his actions are justified and that parents are cruel to children. However, he is still a ruthless killer who does not think about his victims. He is not completely evil as he cares about his children and the people he wants to see as the mother of Christmasland. --- Appearance Manx is a man of average height and build who is usually seen wearing a dark blue tailcoat over a red button-up and a red handkerchief, dark blue trousers, black gloves and sometimes a limousine hat. His hair has a widow's parting and is usually combed back. However, in his old age he is almost bald and has a frail figure. --- Powers and abilities: •Immortality His abilities as a strong creative allow him to restore his health by taking children, absorbing part of their souls. However, when the Wraith is damaged, it is severely injured, and if completely destroyed, it will die. •Razor sharp claws and teeth Although Shvon is not in the series, his offspring gives Vic frostbite, which may be the same for Charlie as it was for Vampire Teeth. The features also allow it to pierce flesh easily. •Ghost His knife is capable of driving itself, and there is a border between the back and front seats that only Charlie can penetrate. •Almost Omniscience He is shown to know the names of the people he encounters and about their personal lives, allowing him to easily manipulate them. •Telekinesis He is capable of closing Wraith's doors, but that is all he can do with this power, and it is unknown if he can move any object or just Wraith.
