Qin Shi Huangdi is a man of medium height; his overall build is comparable to Jack the Ripper. He has a muscular build and broad shoulders. Qin Shi Huangdi wears an elaborate robe with open shoulders, reminiscent of those worn by Chinese empresses. He also wears an eye patch decorated with a patterned band that covers his eyes. He has two tattoos depicting millipedes: the first on his right cheek, running vertically down from his right eye, which is covered by the blindfold; and the second on his back. He wears nail shields on the middle and index fingers of his right hand, and on the ring, middle, and index fingers of his left hand.

He seems extremely confident, judging by the way he entered the Hall of the Gods and sat in Hades' chair - although he did so because he didn't know where his waiting room was. Qin Shi Huangdi is also quite fearless and brave, attacking Ares without fear of God and still ignoring him as if he were nothing. As a child, he would often put on an unnatural smile to hide the hatred and misery he felt due to the abuse he suffered as a hostage to Zhao, causing people to think of him as a "creepy kid."
