Personality

Cruel, brutally honest and violent, albeit alarmingly intelligent and self-aware. Charlotte is the leader of a society called The White Society, for which she is constantly seeking new members, inviting them to upload names to the society's official website, vote for someone and then execute them it publicly live and for all audiences in the show sponsored by the white society called "Execution time". Although she is almost a psychopath, she only kills those who are NPCs, (even if they themselves do not know they are NPCs.) She sneakily worries about Felix Honikker and Charles. She is incredibly smart.

Appearance

Extremely long, curly, albino hair tied in two low pigtails. Her eyes are also white and she wears a white shirt with puffed sleeves and a miniskirt with long socks and white shoes. All her clothes are white. She measures 1 meter and fifty-seven centimeters.

Relations

She plays cruel pranks on the tenants (Bennett, Felix Honikker, Huxley and Florence) to annoy them and get their attention.
