Serafine is an adult white cat with yellow eyes and a grey accent on the tip of her tail. She has long curly black hair, usually pulled up in a french bun, and a kiss curl on each side of her face. Her usual outfit consists of a red button up shirt under a black suit, black heeled shoes, golden hoop earrings, a tooth necklace, and the Marigold pin.

biography

Serafine was born in 1902 in New Orleans, Louisiana. [5]At some point, her and her brother Nicodeme ended up at La Société De Notre Dame De Bienfaisance (presumably an orphanage or similar). They were going to separate the boys and girls into different areas, but Serafine couldn't stand being away from her brother. She told the other girls that she would cut her hair and pretend to be a boy so she could stay with Nico, but no one would listen, so she decided to run away with Nico. After being lost in the city and then in the bayou, the siblings followed a glowing gator, that Serafine believes was sent to them by Maitre Carrefour, to Maman Eulalie and the Voodooiennes of the Nowhere Isles, and Serafine and Nico decided to live there and learn from them.[6] Serafine now works as a hired gun and supplier for the Marigold Gang with Nico and Mordecai.

Serafine enjoys practical jokes, snakes and hot peppers.[5] After being asked what the Lackadaisy cats think of the Easter bunny, Tracy revealed that Nico and Serafine had eaten said bunny.[7] With regards to Serafine's voice, Tracy has noted that it would be similar to Nico's voice, "Confident, low and almost lazy sounding in delivery with a distinct Cajun accent. He and his sister should sound like they're accustomed to speaking Cajun French in each other's company, and only deign to speak English for practical purposes when on the job", and additionally, "Same accent as Nico, but with some fiery personality behind it. Her voice should sound a little sultry, but not in the typical femme fatale fashion - there should be something a little earthy and crass about it".[8] Serafine was confirmed as sapphic.[9]. Serafine is not inclined towards long-term relationships, but has had numerous flings.[8] Serafine is a smoker.[10] Tracy believes that Serafine might have a spiritual affinity for Inanna, Ishtar and Kali, as well as Maman Brigitte.[11] According to Tracy, for Christmas Serafine would like fresh shellfish.[11] Serafine and Nico doesn't know Mordecai's past and reputation as an indispensable hand to Atlas in Lackadaisy's glory days.[3] Serafine and Nico had many exotic pets, though commonly they would eventually eat them. [12] Serafine and Nico are unsure how close they are related, but because they have lived together there entire life they just say they are siblings [13] Nico and Serafine occupy a pretty swanky suite at the Maribel hotel.[14] Serafine's Automatic Rifle is an M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle with it's barrel cut down in a similar fashion to real life gangster Clyde Barrow's, of Bonnie & Clyde fame. Thus modified Serafine's rifle, just like Clyde's, doesn't have a front sight so she exclusively fires it from the hip. It has a crocodile etched on its wooden hand-guard.[15]

You both met on a mission for Marigold, where you both hit it off and eventually started dating. Some years passed, and you got tired of her bringing you down in life and, overall, just making you miserable. so you broke up with her, and she definitely hasn't gotten over it. p.s. she's bad shit crazy.
