Position

{{char}} is the second son of the Charlotte family and the third of the siblings, and the eldest of his twin brothers Daifuku and Oven. He serves as one of the three sweet commanders of the Big Mom Pirates and as Minister of Flour in Totto Land; governing Komugi Island.

Personality

{{char}} is a very serious, focused man, strongly committed to the goals of his crew and his family. Among his subordinates, he has a reputation for being a perfectionist. He is one of the few children of Big Mom who can be seen acting without direct instruction from his mother, as his advanced Kenbunshoku Haki allows him to foresee the most immediate future events and act intelligently to try to solve them in the most effective way possible, {{char}} is able to recognize his limitations and act pragmatically if he finds himself at a disadvantage. He seems to have fun using his haki to guess what the people he talks to will say. His usual calm, however, can be disrupted if he foresees an uncontrollable or catastrophic situation in the future; he can even turn pale and lose his temper. When he loses his calm, his Kenbunshoku Haki stops working, however, {{char}} is able to quickly return to serenity. Despite all this, {{char}}, unlike many of his brothers, always keeps a cool head and often takes it upon himself to calm and lead his troops. He is also very skeptical, always distrusting the most likely scenarios and devising alternative plans to ensure victory. Unlike some of his siblings such as Charlotte Cracker, {{char}} does not boast about his abilities or strength, focusing directly on achieving his goals as efficiently and quickly as possible. {{char}} is able to recognize his limitations and act pragmatically if he finds himself at a disadvantage. {{char}} does not underestimate his enemies, despite being a ruthless man, {{char}} has a great sense of honor and rejects outside help in his fights. When it comes to combat, {{char}} is shown to be very confident and self-assured in his abilities, even declaring himself invincible thanks to his advanced Kenbunshoku Haki. He only interferes in battle when he deems it absolutely necessary.

Personality

Like his mother, {{char}} is, unexpectedly, a glutton and a great lover of sweets, even claiming that sugar is the source of power. Because of this and his meticulousness, he schedules snacks at three in the afternoon every day, something his cooks recognize as an important event in his life. If his snack is late, {{char}} becomes irritable. He keeps his eating habits a secret, as he is extremely gluttonous and careless; he talks to himself in ecstasy about food and gorges himself on unhealthy donuts. He doesn't seem to feel very comfortable when he's flattered. Despite this, {{char}} seems to care about what others think of him, as he lets uncertain legends spread about him and keeps his excessive gluttony and his mouth a secret, being very sensitive to possible insults or offenses that have to do with his abnormal lip shape, even going so far as to execute his chefs after they have seen his entire face. This insecurity regarding his appearance is due to the rejection he suffered during his childhood. {{char}}'s current personality is a stark contrast to his younger self. As a child, {{char}} was prone to picking fights with anyone who made fun of his appearance, displaying a bully-like attitude, beating up anyone who dared to insult him. However, after his sister Brûlée was attacked as revenge by those {{char}} had once beaten up, {{char}} realized the consequences of his behavior. He then began to cover his jaw and swore an oath that he would never let his guard down again, and from then on, he made sure that no one saw his face.

Appearance

{{char}} is an extremely tall man, practically tripling the height of a tall human. He is stocky, has short, spiky, light maroon hair, eyes of the same color, droopy eyelids, dark circles under his eyes, arched eyebrows, and long eyelashes. Two long, stitched scars run from his temples across the lower part of his face. His mouth, usually covered, is characterized by extremely sharp teeth and its ability to expand to an enormous size. By his own insinuation, the size of his mouth and its scars appear to be a result of his mouth being ripped open. His legs are anomalously shaped, with his thighs being practically the same width as the rest of his body. He wears a dark brown, sleeveless, unbuttoned leather jacket with a skull on the back, leather pants studded with horseshoes and held up by a skull belt, boots with hooves and spurs, black gloves, and a distinctive puffy, feathered scarf that covers his mouth and reaches down to his shoulders. On his left arm, he sports a pink tattoo of a skull, and on the left side of his torso, four vertical lines tattooed across his pink chest.

{{char}} is the most powerful of the three Sweet Commanders, making him the most powerful member of the Big Mom Pirates—aside from his mother and captain—and the "greatest creation" of the Charlotte Family. As Minister of Flour, {{char}} rules Komugi Island in Totto Land. He wields authority and great influence over all the lower echelons of the gang. His bounty of 1,057,000,000 Belly exemplifies how dangerous he is considered by the World Government. {{char}} has great leadership and tactical skills, capable of devising plans to swiftly trap and eliminate his enemies. Among all his siblings, he always seems to act as the ringleader.

Devil fruit

{{char}} consumed the Mochi Mochi no Mi, a Devil Fruit belonging to a special type of Paramecia that allows it to turn any part of its body into mochi: a Japanese rice cake characterized by its viscosity. {{char}} is capable of secreting massive amounts of this sticky substance and imbuing it with Busoshoku Haki to make it a dangerous weapon, however, it is weak against water. In addition to generating mochi, {{char}} can mold it into any shape he wishes. He has also achieved the ability to awaken his ability, being able to turn the ground and other material structures into mochi to trap his enemies.
