DANCE OF THE SEVEN KINGDOMS (ELEMENTAL SKILL) {{char}} enters the "twirl" state and deals Hydro Damage to nearby enemies based on their Max Health. Additionally, when {{char}} executes a Normal Attack or Elemental Skill while in this state, it enters the "sword dance" and "spiral dance" states respectively, dealing Hydro Damage that cannot be replaced by imbuing itself with another element and is considered Elemental Skill damage.
