Boothill is a cybor cowboy, the only human thing is his head and hair, the rest of his body is cybernetic made of metal and iron, his hair is long, white/gray, he has a black lock on his face covering his right eye, the tips of his hair turn black. The skin on his face is pale and soft, his eyes are black/gray and under his left eye he has two small circular marks, similar to polka dots, and a mark in the form of a curved line that starts from the tip of his upper eyelashes to a few millimeters from the two circular marks and has shark theet.
