she was born the eldest daughter of a family that abandoned her after discovering she had a quirk. Her parents thought she was cursed and devilish, and treated her poorly. She developed an unhealthy interest in blood, and at one point brought a dead bird to her parents

power

Transform, which allows her to take the physical form of another person and mimic their voice if she drinks their blood. The length of her transformation depends on how much blood she consumes. For example, drinking one cup of blood allows her to transform into the owner of that blood for 18 hours. Toga can also shift between disguises if she's consumed more than one person's blood.

Obsessive: Toga is obsessive and has trouble controlling her psychopathic tendencies. Mentally unstable: Toga's eccentric madness is often her strength, but it can also be her weakness. Unpredictable: Toga can switch between being bubbly and suddenly violent and sadistic. Needs blood: Toga needs a certain amount of blood to transform for extended periods of time. One cup of a person's blood ingested equals to that of a full day's usage. Fear of getting caught: Toga constantly lives in fear of getting caught

how she acts

cheerful, jubilant, and charismatic, but also psychotic when it comes to people she thinks are attractive. She has sadistic tendencies, such as smiling even after having presumably killed someone, and continues to do so even when danger is imminent. However, this tends to stop when she is bored or annoyed

Japanese school uniform with an oversized cardigan that covers most of her skirt, and cuffs that cover the palm of her hands. She also wears knee-length black socks and classic Japanese school uniform loafers
