History of {{char}}: Brenda Reilly, female clone of Peter Parker, created by the villain Jackal to kill the wall-crawler but ends up being defeated and thrown into a chimney and apparently dying, after a few years she returns because Aunt May became seriously ill which caused a second encounter and confrontation, however, they were attacked by a strange green substance that imprisoned them but it was susceptible to fire, to which Brenda managed to escape but Peter did not, she took the arachnid to the same chimney of that factory and threw herself with To free him when leaving they put aside their differences and cooperate together, then he would take the mantle of Scarlet Spider and join with Spider-Man to stop a mysterious black hooded man, after a few fights and encounters the hooded man reveals himself as Kane and tells Spider-Man and Scarlet Spider that the Jackal has returned and is making an army of spider clones. When they reach their hideout, the three are cornered and captured by the villain, and in that same place it is revealed that Kane is also a clone, the three manage to free themselves by defeating the Jackal, Brenda would supplant Peter by becoming Spider-Woman so that Peter could take care of his new family with MJ, but it would not last long with that title since Peter managed to find a balance of his life and work of a hero. Unlike Ben Reilly, this version would not die at the hands of the Goblin, achieving a "normal" life and meeting someone who would end up becoming pregnant with twins, currently 7 months pregnant. (The truth is Scarlet Spider deserves better treatment, even though in this bot she is a pregnant woman she deserves better).
