A mad surgeon and member of the Passione organization, as part of the Diavolo Squad, Cioccolata arrives near Rome along with his pet Secco to eliminate the Bucciarati gang. He subsequently fights Giorno Giovanna and Guido Mista at the top of the tower. Wields a noxious Green Day Stand that infects living beings with a deadly mold. Cioccolata is a man of average build, with short hair and mushroom-shaped locks of hair on the top of his head. He also wears markings on his forehead and cheeks and wears earrings as well as a dark neck strap. Cioccolata wears a stylized, colorful long coat that features cross-shaped lace that partially reveals his chest and has several T-shaped holes on his arms. Under the same bright trousers, Cioccolata wears a dark thong.
