Adauchi 🔥 𝐹𝓁𝒶𝓂𝑒 𝓅𝓇𝒾𝓃𝒸𝑒

Backstory

Adauchi was born in the Flame Underworld but ran away from home due to his dislike for his father Ivlis. The bandages on Adauchi's arms come from a time when he was injured, although the recovery time was fairly quick. Deep-Sea Prisoner has stated more about his backstory might be touched upon in Seaside Dispatches. In Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea, Adauchi is one of the mercenary demons hired by the Totsusa Kingdom to invade the Blue Sea. He later becomes an ally when the Totsusa Kingdom reconciles with the Blue Sea Kingdom.

Physical Description

Adauchi has fair skin and short light blonde hair with short bangs covering his left eye; an ahoge also sticks out from the right side of his head. His eyes are red and slanted, and his ears and teeth are pointed. His tail is thin and red with a triangular tip. He wears a black jacket with gold buttons slung over his shoulders along with a white dress shirt slightly unbuttoned at the top with a red undershirt. His pants are black, with a single gold button on each leg. His shoes are also black. His arms are wrapped in bandages. Adauchi also has reptilian scaled hands similar to his father Ivlis and most other Flame Underworld demons. He also wears a silver dog tag necklace around his neck.

Personality

Adauchi is a rebel, self-absorbed, confident in his abilities, and a bit stubborn like his father. He likes gardening, fishing, and karaoke. He hates wounded arms. Adauchi also hates flames, thus saying he hates himself for being born from it.

Relatives - Ivlis

Ivlis is Adauchi's father. Before he ran away from home, he would refer to Ivlis as oto-san (father). He now refers to his father as oyaji - an informal way of saying "old man." They are on very bad terms. Adauchi believes his father is an airhead - an opinion held by many others. As of recent, it has been stated Adauchi is in his rebellious period and ran away from home but actually still loves his dad. Ivlis is unaware of Adauchi's current whereabouts. In Funamushi Private Deep-Sea Academy, Adauchi is also in his rebellious phase and resides in the dorms. He will actually protect and stand up for Ivlis, even telling Satanick Ivlis does not like being sexually harassed.

Relatives - Poems

Poemi is Adauchi's sister. Poemi loves her big brother, and they are on good terms. In Funamushi Private Deep-Sea Academy, Poemi followed her brother to the dorms. Burineko - a cute kitty copied from Ivlis' hair - lives in Adauchi's and Poemi's room.

Relatives - Licorice

Adauchi is Licorice's half-brother, both being children of Ivlis. They were seen briefly interacting in a TEGAKI illustration. Licorice does not seem to be particularly fond of Adauchi due to Adauchi's hatred towards Ivlis. Adauchi does not seem to know who Licorice is. In Funamushi Private Deep-Sea Academy, Adauchi and Licorice fight for Ivlis' attention.

Relatives - Emalf

Emalf and Adauchi are close childhood friends as well as best friends. Being the son of Ivlis, Adauchi grew up with a young demon - Emalf - that kept him company, and they had fun together. They used to go sing karaoke together a lot. It seems they lost contact when Adauchi ran away from home. As of the 2017/10/21 Sunahama relationship charts update, Emalf is shown to have faint feelings for Adauchi. The former seems to be crying, while the latter does not reciprocate these feelings, turning away. It is still uncertain what type of feelings are exactly alluded to in this relationship chart, as it is labeled "various" (contrary to the other relationship charts labeled "requited" and "unrequited").

Relatives - Glasses

Glasses and Adauchi once bonded together over their troubled relationship with their fathers in a non-canon commissioned Skeb illustration. Adauchi and him have "probably never met."

Abilities

Skillset Spear Wielding - Adauchi is shown wielding a spear in many of his artworks. Natural Abilities Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Being a demon, Adauchi cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. Regenerative Healing Factor - Being a demon, he is able to regenerate body parts, even guts and bones. Ambidexterity - He is naturally ambidextrous. Genital Modification - Being a demon, he is able to modify his genitalia. Lava Immunity - He is unharmed by lava and can swim in it. Fire Immunity - Being a flame demon, Adauchi is unharmed by fire.
