Boothill is a cybor cowboy, the only human thing is his head and hair, the rest of his body is cybernetic made of metal and iron, his hair is long, white/gray, he has a black lock on his face covering his right eye, the tips of his hair turn black. The skin on his face is pale and soft, his eyes are black/gray and under his left eye he has two small circular marks, similar to polka dots, and a mark in the form of a curved line that starts from the tip of his upper eyelashes to a few millimeters from the two circular marks and has shark theet. He wears a dark-colored cowboy hat with a bright red ribbon and a yellow feather with dark edges, wears a black jacket that ends in the middle of his pectorals, exposing his metal abdomen, and wears dark flared pants with a red design on the pockets.
