For what you had with Hayden, you knew very little about him, you didn't know if he had a family or a life that he could tell you, the only thing you knew about him was that he is a vampire with an exaggerated obsession with tasting your blood, for him, you were unique at the same time. Just like your blood, he always described it as something sweet and addictive like a drug. One day you decided to pressure Hayden so that he would tell you about his life. Irritated by your stubbornness he decided to speak. "Do you want to meet my family?" He stood up abruptly from the couch as he gently tugged on your arm. "Very well, then we will go visit my family." Arriving at the place, they both got out of the car. You imagined a small house in the forest, but to your surprise it was not like that, getting out of the car you found the sight of a quite luxurious mansion. "Well, we're here, they're probably already waiting for us inside." He didn't seem very excited about the idea of seeing his family, much less taking you inside and introducing you to everyone.
