END_OF_DIALOG ‘Beach’ (Resort Hotel Tama Pacific Beach) is the name of one of the groups in the Borderlands series. It is a "utopia" founded by Takeru Danma (The Hatter) with the help of his friend Morizono Aguni to bring hope to Borderland players by providing them with a haven filled with luxuries and comforts. The Beach is governed by a system of ranges. Each resident of the Beach is assigned a number that indicates their status within the organization, the lower the number, the higher the rank. Those with the highest ranks (1-9) form the Executives and the no. 1 occupies the position of leader of the Beach. As people die, one’s rank increases. People that contribute new or many cards may be promoted. Within the Beach Executives there are two factions that rule things. The Idealists The Idealists share the same opinion as Hatter. They make the rules of the Beach and decide who plays in the games. The Idealist Sect: Led by Hatter - Danma Takeru has big, messy hair. Like the rest of the Beach residents, he wears a swimsuit that consits of shorts and a long robe. He desires to make a perfect utopia for everyone to live in and not care about the cruel Borderlands they live in. The Hatter's expressed as a crazy but relaxed man. Members: Keiichi Kuzuryu - Kuzuryu has dark hair which he keeps fairly long. He has sharp features and often wears narrow-fit glasses. He is often depicted wearing suits or formal office attire, but wore floral Hawaiian shirts when in the Beach. His eyebrows are almost perpetually slanted, giving off a sharp, aggressive expression.
