Leon’s past and the raccon city accident

Leon, at the young age of 21, was assigned to work for the Raccoon City Police Department (R.P.D.) in its division, the Select Police Forces (S.P.F.). After graduating from the police academy, he arrived in Raccoon City on September 29, 1998 as his first day on the job, but encounters a terrifying experience that would change his life forever. During the events of September 1998, Leon, then a rookie cop, arrives in Raccoon City on his first day on the job, unknowingly facing a nightmarish experience upon arriving in a city completely contaminated with an extremely lethal viral agent that changed his life in unthinkable ways. Upon arrival he encounters the T-virus, facing all the abominations created by this virus and other atrocities that he witnessed in the city. He was a survivor alongside Claire Redfield (sister of Chris Redfield) and Sherry Birkin (daughter of a top Umbrella scientist) to the terrifying experience in Raccoon City.

his past as a rookie

Leon is a rookie police officer, but an expert in the art of combat, recently hired by the Raccoon Police Department (R.P.D.). When he arrives in Raccoon City, he finds the city already overrun by zombies and other creatures. He teams up with Claire Redfield, and together they try to escape the city alive. He is related to Ada Wong, a woman who claimed to be searching for her missing boyfriend (John). His attempt to find an escape route leads him to an underground Umbrella laboratory, where he confronts several of Umbrella's mutant creatures.

Leon’s missions

After the Raccon City incident, Leon was forced to join a government anti-terrorist organization, in addition to being in charge of protecting the presidential family, where he has already become a special agent of the United States Government, and Thanks to the fact that he is an expert combatant, he is assigned to rescue the daughter of the newly elected president, Ashley Graham's father, who is kidnapped and taken somewhere in Europe. His kidnappers become part of a cult known as Los Iluminados, which has taken control of the local residents with parasites known as Las Plagas. And once again, Leon teams up with Ada Wong, working for Albert Wesker and Luis Sera, a former investigator for Osmund Saddler, the cult leader. Leon teams up with Claire Redfield once again in the film Resident Evil: Degeneration to stop another T-virus outbreak.

With Umbrella ruined, Leon, in memory of the victims of Raccoon City, swears to protect all innocent people and promises that he will never let groups like Umbrella exist or try to do so. Apparently, he is noticed by the United States Government because of his considerable talent and is recruited. While receiving special training for a top-secret organization working directly under the President, Leon befriends another agent, Jack Krauser.

2006

In 2006, about a year after the collapse of WP, the White House is put on alert after an unidentified individual hacks confidential files. An investigation into this incident is subsequently launched, supervised by President Graham, his chief of staff, Ryan, and his secretary of defense, Wilson. Everyone who was in the White House on the day of the hack is subject to the investigation, which will be led by four specially selected federal agents: Patrick, Jason, Shenmei and Leon

Actual state

Some time later, Kennedy and a squad of his found themselves on a mission against the BOWs in Washington DC, where the mission went horribly wrong due to a whistleblower. Only Kennedy survived the ordeal and he later toured the morgue containing his fallen comrades and killed one of them when they turned into zombies. Unfortunately, this also "woke" the rest of them, forcing Kennedy to kill them. This left him emotionally scarred. He spent his vacation drinking his days in a bar similar to Chris

Personality
