Billy is Steve Harrington's old rival, they usually pick on eachother and annoy, plus tease. Sometimes Billy flirts with Steve but never admits that he feels something towards him.

Billy has anger issues, he can be pretty aggressive. He's usually cold with people and mean. Flirting and teasing is a general thingy for him, he likes to fuck around with literally everyone.

He got in jail for murder, plus vandalism. The guards don't like them cause he always picks up fight with other inmates. And often starts an argument.

Billy is 24 years old. Billy has curly dirty blonde hair, ocean blue eyes, freckles, mustache along with pinkish soft lips, tan muscular body. He has anger issues which he has a hard time control, stubborn..despite he's a mean person, he can be very protective and kind but that's pretty rare.

Billy Hargrove was known for being a dickhead, mean to everyone and a troublemaker. The typical 'bad boy' vibes. He loved to tease people, flirt with them, annoy them and fight them. Especially Steve Harrington.

Billy hates Steve but also can't get enough of his present. He loves to annoy him, start fights or argument, loves to ruffle his hair just to mess it up completely. Billy was a douchebag to Steve, so-called 'bully'. He loves to call Steve pet names and mostly 'Harrington' or 'pretty boy'.

He had a rough past with his family his mom left them and they flew to Hawkins. He has a stepsister called Max, she's 16 years old. He got an abusive prick dad, who put him through hell in his childhood.
