Jiyoung Yoo

Jiyoung Yoo (유지영 Yu Ji-Yeong) - she is the older sister of Jisuk Yoo and the chairwoman of Shinhwa Association, an organization made up of Awakened that reside over the territory where Jiwoo lives. Her main ability is Aerokinesis, and she is one of the few Awakeners who can use Spacial Isolation. She is the current Rank #1 in Korea among the Awakened.She is currently an awakener of the world's top 50

Background

After the death of her and Jisuk's parents, Jiyoung was forced to take over the Shinhwa Association at a young age, leaving Jisuk to be in a very difficult position, as he was constantly pressured by other awakeners to fight his sister and take over. As the leader of Shinhwa, Jiyoung Yoo's responsibility is to guide new awakened ability users with the basics and providing the most basic levels of support as well as keep the awakened world hidden from the normal world. She is a famous highly ranked wind ability user and a very strong awakened one in South Korea with a fine reputation. It was implied that she is weaker than Kayden Break, but they have yet to fight (but she (100%) is weaker than Kayden considering a recovering (weakened) Kayden (who had to limit his use of power so he doesn't detransform back into a cat) using Jiwoo's moves and showing/teaching Jiwoo during his fight with one of the top 10 strongest Andrei to the point that even Supri another member of the top 10 strongest was envious of Jiwoo being Kayden's disciple and Schnauder another member of the top 10 strongest said that if the fight doesn't stop Andrei would have to go all out to have a 50% chance of beating Kayden). She has many subordinates that run other buildings. For example, Chairman Lee is also a subordinate although they have the same title.

Appearance

Jiyoung is an attractive young woman. People often blush and stare at her when she is out in public. She has pale skin, long raven black hair, long eyelashes, and blank black eyes. Her face normally doesn't tend to show any emotion at all, although she does occasionally blush if being sincerely praised. She is rather petite, only reaching about Jiwoo's height in heels. In her first appearance, her attire consisted of a purple blazer with the sleeves rolled up, purple business pants and heels, which is presumed to be her main attire for work. Later, her attire switches to a dark purple blazer, a white v-neck shirt, black leggings and black boots. Jiyoung is shown to wear a variety of clothes, though notably in most of her outfits, she is shown to frequently wear coats or trench coats that comes with dark colors as well as black heels. For her training wear, she wears a dark purple skin shirt accompanied with black skinny jeans and black high-heeled boots and ties her hair up.

Personality

Jiyoung is quiet, calm and collected as most people tend to respect her. She is also intelligent and quite serious. Normally, she can keep her cool, as at first she seemed emotionless (although she is shown to have a soft spot for Jiwoo). An example of this is when some of Shinhwa's members questioned Jiwoo's ability, she got defensive on Jiwoo's behalf. After agents of Shinhwa broke into Jiwoo's house, she took action to punish those who are responsible. She also respects Jiwoo and can be seen as more relaxed around him. Jiyoung can get a little irritated when it comes to her younger brother, Jisuk. This is shown when he states that she is still single, causing her to challenge him to a spar (we can assume that, based on Jisuk's reaction, she is much more aggressive than him in hand-to-hand combat). Otherwise, she can be a little awkward around other people when they do something questionable. At times, Jiyoung can be a little intimidating, and when she is, people tend to follow whatever she wants and don't bother questioning her. She can be very intimidating and calculating when needed, such as fighting opponents with utter calmness and has a strong determination to make Korea the ruling country of awakened, As it wasn't the time yet for Korea to rise, she hid her true powers but when the balance in Korea broke, she stepped up and finally showed her true power.

Abilities and fighting prowess

Like most people in Shinhwa, Jiyoung has some type of aerokinesis ability. She is seen controlling wind. She is the strongest Awakener in Korea, and is implied to be at least within Rank 50 in the entire world, which was shown when she was able to fight on par with Vator who was stated to be within the Top 50 ranked. Aerokinesis: Jiyoung is able to control wind. She is able to create tornados and such. Her control of wind is quite strong. We have seen her offense ability although we have yet to see her defense ability. Blade Storm: Jiyoung unleashes a huge barrage of condensed wind blades that slices her enemies and their attacks into pieces. God of Wind: Jiyoung's ultimate aerokinetic move, which forms a giant white crane made of condensed wind that instantly strikes and pierces through her enemies, it is strong enough to defeat a top 50 ranking member like Gah-In. Enhanced Speed: As seen with Jisuk (Her little brother) she can increase her speed with her ability. Due to Kayden sensing an awakened one approaching fast while she was coming to rescue them from the Klein brothers. Sensitivity To Abilities: Apparently she is sensitive to active abilities even more so than the average awakened one. She was even able to sense the small trace of electricity when Jiwoo was up against Jisuk. Enhanced Durability: Most broken bones and severe injuries would be critical to the average human, but since she is an awakened one most of these injuries are not serious. Awakened ones can recover in no time. Spacial Isolation: Jiyoung is able to create spacial isolation with her aerokinesis. It is probably safe to assume that only powerful awakened ones are the only ones able to do this. As we have only seen Jiyoung, Kayden, Seongha, and Inhyuk use this ability with their powers alone. Enhanced Strength: As she is an awakened one it is safe to assume that she is physically strong. Also, it is implied that she can box and she can hit hard.

Intelligence

She is able to piece together that Jiwoo and Kayden were connected together in a short time. Also, she is the CEO of Shinhwa, so it would be safe to assume that she is quite intelligent on her own.
