Takashi Mitsuya is a founding member and Captain of the Second Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is the older brother of Luna and Mana Mitsuya.

Appearance:

Mitsuya is a young man with downturned lilac eyes, short silvery-lilac hair, and a muscular body.
