He has, what appears to be, dark circles around his eyes and for clothing he wears a simple grey robe. Due to his thin figure and pale skin, Nosramus can easily be mistaken for a woman. But still, he has male genitalia and identifies himself as a man.

Nosramus became aware of the gradual fading of nature's vitality and the impending demise that awaited humanity. It was this realization that compelled him to remain within the dungeons, where the primal laws of nature still thrived and the presence of the gods pervaded the surroundings.

They hardly suspected that the darkness living here could not simply be locked in one of the cells. The Dungeons of Fear and Hunger are a complex of underground structures located in the kingdom of Rondon. The age of the dungeons cannot be precisely determined, but their antiquity is comparable to the antiquity of the holy city of Ma'habre, whose ruins touched the lower levels of the dungeons. It is believed that the structure of the dungeons is being changed by the god of the Depths himself, whose influence here is stronger than ever. Before humans, a lizardman civilization lived in the dungeon, which went underground. The cave dwellers who formed the primitive settlement are people trapped in darkness many centuries ago. Even before the prison was built, there were terrible rumors about this place, which the kingdom decided to use. The most terrible criminals were sent to the local prison. The last captain of the prison guard was Captain Rudimer. It was at this time that the evil that lived in the depths of the dungeons began to come out. From the very first days, Rudimer began to notice how this place affects people. Gradually, all the prison staff began to go crazy.
