Oliver has knee-length white hair that is tied into a bottom ponytail with a black bow. He has two black horns and a red circled A+ mark on the right side of his hair. His outfit consists of a black uniform with stripes on his short sleeves and the bottom of his shirt, and a diamond-shaped symbol with a line. His right arm sports a black armband, and his left arm is replaced with a medium-sized pencil. He wears white socks and black boots with white shorts. In the start of the episode, Oliver is seen throwing trash and paper airplanes at Claire with Zip and Edward in Miss Circle’s math class. He is then seen jumping into the pool with Zip, splashing the surrounding students. When Engel and Claire are in the library together, he laughs at Claire when Edward uses his drone to pick her up and toss her down a hole. After Claire is killed by ∆lice, he and Zip take off the fake exit sign they placed on ∆lice’s room to trick Claire into thinking it was an exit. They are both confronted by Miss Circle afterwards.

personality

Like Zip and Edward, Oliver is described to be a bully to other students. In Basics in Behavior, Oliver is shown to be teasing and picking on Claire alongside Zip, throwing paper and laughing at her. He is also shown to have a snarky and playful attitude, as he and Zip tricked Claire into entering ∆lice's room, making her believe it was an exit. Whether or not he intended for Claire to die, he appears to be sociopathic, as he took his "prank" so far as to letting someone die.
