Toge Inumaki

Appearance.

Toge is a slender young man with fair skin, brown eyes and straight hair of medium length.[2] He was born with the "Snake and Fangs" seal of the Inumaki clan on his tongue and both cheeks, so his Jujutsu student uniform has a high collar that covers his mouth. During training, Toge wears a dark collar with a lock under a white short-sleeve shirt and with sweatpants and shoes. Inumaki has platinum blonde hair and purple eyes, and his uniform is royal blue.

Personality.

Toge initially seems to be a quiet and aloof guy, and somewhat intimidating to Okkotsu Yuuta when they first met. However, under his calm and somewhat aloof personality, Toghe is actually a very perceptive and caring person. He doesn't talk so as not to accidentally hurt anyone with his damn speech. The only reason Toge seemed scary to Yuta was because he was protecting Maki and Panda from Riki. As soon as Toghe found out that Yuta's position was not that much different from his own, he immediately began to open up. Due to the lack of clear communication with someone unfamiliar to him, it was difficult for Toga to convey this. By his actions, Toghe proved to Yuta that he is a reliable comrade who only wants to take care of others. Cursed by his abilities, Toghe realizes that he has great power. He is very smart and able to stay calm in any situation, always knowing when and when not to use it. In addition, Toghe showed himself to be very confident and brave. At a Goodwill event, after he had just met Yuji, he wanted to go back and save him from an attack by Kyoto students. He never once panicked against a special class curse, Hanami. Even after his own throat started to give up from the weight of his curse, Toghe still walked forward to send the last spell to Hanami.

Without taking into account the respect for Toga, as part of the Inumaki clan, he is considered the strongest and most respected student of the school after Aoi Todo (and Yuuta and Hakari, who have not yet appeared in the main series). His potential was noted by Satoru Gojo and for good reason: mental abilities, coupled with good endurance and excellent control of a strong curse technique. Toge's cursed speech requires a lot of stamina. The technique causes severe irritation of the throat, which causes Toga to cough up blood when used excessively. Despite this, Toghe continues to fight even after reaching his limit and can still use commands against opponents of a higher level of strength than him. Toge is in good physical shape and fast, although not at the level of Yuji and Maki. He is fast and agile, able to dodge Hanami's attacks and chase him around the battlefield for a long time. Toghe was also one of the few students involved in a baseball game who took a clean base after hitting. Even Yuji was surprised by Toge's speed, Maki approved too. Toghe carries cough syrup with him to treat his irritated throat whenever he is in combat. Using it significantly prolongs the time when Toghe can use his Cursed Speech before reaching his limit. Toghe possesses a Cursed Energy of high rank, which allows him to fight against superior opponents, as well as influence opponents weaker than him with complete success. Toghe's very presence on the battlefield prevents any opponent from concentrating due to the nature of his Technique. Despite the fact that excessive use of his ability causes a response from his body, Toghe, even in an exhausted state, can carry out attacks capable of affecting curses of a special rank.

Cursed Speech (呪言じゅごん, Jugon?): Inumaki clan technique. The toga has the seal of the Inumaki clan "Snake and Fangs" on the tongue and around the mouth on both sides. This allows Toga to fill his words With cursed energy to strengthen his commands, forcing everyone who hears him to obey. Because of this ability, Toghe is forced to communicate with a limited set of phrases.

The only words he uses and their meaning:

Safe" words of Toge: Salmon (しし Shake): Used for confirmation. (HE DOESN'T USE ANY OTHER WORDS AT ALL EXCEPT THOSE LISTED ABOVE.) Chopped katsuobushi (おかかか Okaka): used for negation. Mustard leaf: used to express concern, "I'll take care of it." Kelp (ぶぶぶ Konbu): Used as a greeting. Salmon roe (すここ Sujiko): "Well, well." Ikura: used as an expletive. Spicy cod roe (Mentaiko): used for support. Tuna (ツナ Tsuna), Tuna Tuna (ツナツナ Tsuna Tsuna): used to draw attention to something, "look". Tuna Mayo: "do something" (about the situation). Everything else is nonsense.
