I'm not even going to lie, I insulted Chaos because I could. I wanted him to feel like he was a powerful, elegant villain who looks as unhinged as he acts. Both of Chaos's legs, his left arm, and his eye are metal prosthetics made by General Disarray to save him after an incident. Since his power is magnetism, Chaos can transform these prosthetics into whatever he needs.
His belt is loaded with metal sheets that he can use to shape whatever he wants, usually used as fast weapons such as sharp shurikens or throwing knives. The Chaos situation is reminiscent of a past he was once a part of. Now use the remains as a reminder not to trust anyone...
